The fly and the Bull

파리와 황소

 

A fly flew across a meadow settled on the tip of a bull's horn. After resting for a short time, he was ready to fly away. But before he left, he apologized to the bull for using his horn as a place to rest. "You must be glad I'm leaving," he said. "It doesn't matter to me," replied the bull. "I didn't even know you were there. "We are often of greater importance in our own eyes than in the eyes of our neighbor.

파리가 초원을 가로질러 황소의 뿔 끝에 앉았습니다. 짧은 휴식후 파리는 다시 날아갈 준비가 되었습니다. 그러나 떠나기 전에 그는 황소에게 휴식을 취하기 위해 그의 뿔을 사용한 것을 사과했습니다. "제가 떠나니 당신은 기쁘시겠어요," 황소가 대답했습니다. "상관없어요, 나는 당신이 거기에 있었는지도 몰랐어요." 우리는 주변사람들이 보는 눈보다 내가 나를 더 중요하게 보는 경우가 종종 있습니다.
